Diagnosed with dyslexia later in life, Ilisha struggled with traditional learning methods, but developed strategies that helped her graduate top of her university class in economics with First-Class Honours.
By 23, Ilisha had excelled in her finance career, working at KPMG, Warwick Stone Capital, the Department for Education, and Schroders, contributing to deals worth £1 billion. Despite her success, she left the corporate world to pursue her true passion: revolutionising education.
